There are only a limited number of developer parcels for sale on the Baja Diamante golf course. Most parcels are on the fairway and have spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. Developers have the ability to build condominiums ranging from fours stories to twelve stories. Developers of Baja Diamante are responsible for bringing all infrastructures to the parcel lines. Parcel sizes vary and developers have the option of choosing a parcel to construct from 24 units up to 209 units depending on which parcels they choose. Current pricing of these parcels reflects the pre-construction phasing of the course.
GOLF COURSE HOME SITES
254 individual home site lots are available for sale on the Baja Diamante golf course. Several of the home site lots are on the fairway and have spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. Developers of Baja Diamante are responsible for bringing in all infrastructures to the home sites. Lots vary in size.
The golf course is currently under construction and the first nine holes are expected to be open by Fall 2007.
